Policies & Refunds

In the event of any inclement weather including lightening, thunderstorms, high winds, etc. we will try to accommodate your setup & pickup times.  If it cannot be achieved, a full refund will be given or a change of date.  In some cases we may still be able to accommodate your greeting but inclement weather particularly high winds may require the greeting to be removed earlier.
Grass is required.  If no grass is available at time of setup no refund will be given.  ALL LAWN MAINTENACE & SERVICE MUST BE CANCELLED THE EVENING OF SETUP & DAY OF DISPLAY.  The signs or not to be touched, played with or moved. If you have any animals that could cause damage please keep them away from the greetings. Do not dispose of any signs.  IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO THE SIGNS THERE WILL BE A REPLACEMENT FEE.
REFUNDS  If you must cancel your booking, you may choose to receive 1/2 of the booking fee as a refund or you may credit the full fee toward a future booking.  In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to setup you will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be given if we are given the wrong address, the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting or if we are denied access to a gated community.  All greetings will be photographed and used for advertising on social media sites & other media outlets.
By placing an order/booking with Letters On the Lane Greetings LLC you agree to all policies above
